Return Policy
RETURNS
Icon Vibes has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@iconvibes.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us of any damages/issues within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Email us at info@iconvibes.com to report the issue and start the process for receiving a new product. Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue and photos of the issue. We'll review the information and if accepted, send a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back to us without first reporting the damage/issue will not be replaced.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the "Returns" process for the original order. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and we will confirm via email if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
